Ocean Beach Park, New England's finest Beach and Boardwalk:

Located in Mystic Country, New London's premier recreational facility provides excellent public access to the Atlantic Ocean from a beautiful white, sugar sand beach, complimented by an Olympic-size freshwater pool lockers, and event staging. The 50 acre Park also boasts a beautifully landscaped 19-hole miniature golf course, kids spray park, triple waterslide, carousel, rides, playground, naure walk and gift shop. Bring a cooler with cold foods, or enjoy our food court for a quite bite. You can also enjoy the Sandbar Cafe which overlooks the boardwalk stage which serves your favorite beverage as well as some tasty treats from our kitchen. Don't forget to visit the Arcade which features plenty of games including skee-ball, video, and pinballs. Visit the back side of the park and enjoy our lighter side. A winding trail with observation platform snakes its way along Alewife Cove, a scenic estuary....perfect for bird watching or just enjoying the fresh air and exercise. The park also features a state of the art "Work out World" health club that is available for yearly or daily memberships. Nightly entertainment features Classic Car shows, movies on the beach, live magic, sock hops, fireworks, bands, and talent shows.
