It’s that time of year again. The maple trees are tapped, the sap is flowing, and the sugar houses in The Last Green Valley are busy boiling it down to create their sweet concoctions. What better way to welcome spring than by visiting at least one of the ten participating maple sugar houses found throughout The Last Green Valley during Maple Sugar Days. Delight in the entire maple sugaring process during these two weekends and partake in a series of tours and demonstrations created especially to celebrate the maple harvest.
